DALTON
In memory of a man that taught us to live life
to the fullest, our Dad, Clete Dalton.
They sav there is a reason,
They sav that time will heal,
Bert neither time or reason,
Will change the way we feel.
For no one knows the heartache,
That lies beyond our smiles,
No one knows how many times,
We have broken down and cried.
We want to tell you something,
So there won't be any doubt,
You're so wonderful to think of
But so hard to be without.
We cannot bring the old days hack,
When we were all together,
The family chain is broken now,
But memories live forever.
Always remembered and loved by your
children, Jennifer and Dave, Ray and Crystal.
Cathy, John S and Dawn. -37x

There is a special Angel in Heaven,
That is part of me,
It is not where i wanted hint,
But where God wanted him to be,
He was here but just a moment,
Like a night time shooting star,
And though he is in Heaven,
He isn't very far.

Like only an Angel can do.
So 1 send this .special message,
To the Heaven up above,
Please take care of my Angel,
And send him all my love.

and his wife will be at the Goderich
Co -Op gallery on September 17 to give
tips to photographers on how to better
their photos.
Deadline' Friday (a 2p.m
Car seat safety seminar being
held at Cullens in Wingham
Every parent wants to keep their child sate.
A properly installed car seat or booster seat
reduces the odds of your child being injured
or killed in a collision by 75 per cent. Com-
mon car seat errors include not tightening the
harness straps or the seat belt enough, and
putting the harness straps in the wrong slot
as your child grows.
Learn the correct way to use car and boost-
er seats on Saturday, Sept. 19 by attending
the car seat clinic at John Cullen Chevrolet
in Wingham. The Huron County Health Unit
and The Co-operators, Wingham, will be
holding a child car Neat clinic that day from
10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The clinic is tree and you
don't need an appointment.
In Huron County, 80 per cent of car seats
are not properly installed or used correctly.
Public Health Nurse Jos& Cayer says mis-
takes include moving the child to a forward -
facing position too early. It is recommended
that children race the rear of the vehicle until
they are over a year old and between 22 to
30 lbs (10 to 13.5 kg). If possible, the child
should be kept rear -facing longer into the
second year by using a convertible seat with
a higher weight and height limit. When using
a car seat or booster seat, the restraint must
match the child's age, weight and height.
The car seat clinic is part of Ontario's Fall
Seat Belt campaign and is being sponsored
by John Cullen Chevrolet, Brett W. Lara-
mie and Associates Inc. The Co-operators,
Wingham, Baby Boom, Wingham & Area
Firefighters, Huron County Health Unit, On-
tario Ministry of Transportation and Bruce
Power.
Trained inspectors will check your car
seats for proper installation and recalls. They
can explain how you can make children as
sate as possible in a car collision.
Participants are asked to bring their car
seat instructions and vehicle owner's manu-
al. They will be provided with information
on child safety, and be eligible for a draw for
a child car seat.
There will also be a barbecue, refresh-
ments and a supervised children's play area.
The Health Unit also provides monthly car
seat clinics in the Central Huron Area at the
Clinton Fire Hall. Appointments are neces-
sary.
If you have questions about car seat safety,
call the Huron County Health Unit's Car Seat
Help Line at 519-482-3416 (toll-free 1-877-
837-6143).

A familiar image of Tunisia by Jerry McDonnell, this site is also the backdrop for
scenes from movies such as Star Wars, and The English Patient.
Seminar boasts tips for better travel photos
Stunning images from a recent trip to
Tunisia; combined with an opportunity to
dialogue with Jerry and Carol McDonnell
about how to improve your own travel
pictures, will be the subject of a visual
spectacle at the Goderich Co -Op Gallery,
Thursday, September 17 at 7:30 p.m. The
digital photography of the two member
artists of the Gallery will present a trav-
elogue of arresting images from the coun-
tryside in this third world country where
an early episode of Star Wars, as well as
The English Patient, were filmed.
Jerry, known for his passionate sense of
design and composition in his work, will
share photos of the built architecture, in -
eluding shots of the ruins from Roman,
Carthaginian and Arabian times. He will
include shots from Tunis City, and across
the Island of Jerba.
Among her own work, Carol will in-
clude her prize-winning photo of the
open-air `souk' (market) in Tunis City.
She was awarded the Photography Digi-
tal Art Award at the recent Hensall By
Design art show in July for this piece of
work. Her photography provides excellent
interpretations of the local lifestyle and
countryside in this unfamiliar and exotic
North -African world.
After sharing their own experiences,
both artist photographers will spend time
with visitors who bring samples of their
own 'travel photos' -- to offer tips and ad-
vice for taking better shots for travel and
vacation times.
The travelogue and discussion will
be presented at the Co-op Gallery at 54
Courthouse Square. Refreshments will be
served. While admission is free, donations
will be accepted to support the 'guest art-
ist' outreach program sponsored by the
gallery. Visitors will also have an oppor-
tunity to tour the regular exhibits and the
work of guest photographer artist, Jennifer
Newberry. For more information call the
Gallery at 519-440-0523 or contact Jerry
or Carol directly at 519-523-9715.
