In loving memory of our brother Allan, who
left us five years ago, September 6, 2004.
Years go by, but memories stay,
As near and dear as yesterday,
It's not the words, they are few,
It's the loving memories we keep of you.
No longer in our lives to share,
But in our hearts you are always there.
Lovingly remembered by sister Marina Park

MACLENNAN
In memory of Beth MacLennan, who we lost
September 5, 2008.
Time has taken me from you,
Although not very far,
I'll be watching through the sunshine,
And through the brightest star.
1'11 be watching all of you,
From the heavens up above,
So take good care of each other,
And carry all my love.
If you're ever wondering,
If I'm there, here's where you can start,
Take a look inside yourself
Deep within your heart.
I'll always be your mum,
Your grandma, your best friend,
So anytime you need me,
Close your eyes I'm back again.
Love Tun, Susan, Haley and Lyndsey. —36x
In Memoriam.
MACLENNAN
In loving memory of a dear grandma and
mother-in-law, Beth, who passed away
September 5, 2008.
If ' roses grow in Heaven Lord,
Please pick a bunch for us,
Place them in grandma Beth's arms,
And tell her they're from us.
Tell her we love her and tniss her,
And when she turns to smile,
Place a kiss upon her cheek,
And hold her for awhile. -
Because remembering her is easy,
We do it every day,
But there -is an ache within our hearts,
That will never go away.
We think of you always and miss you much.
Love Riley, Rory, Ciera and Lisa. -36x
MACLENNAN
In loving memory of my grandma Beth, who
passed away September 5, 2008.
1 have a grandma who hugs me, and says "My
how you've grown ". But not anymore...
1 have a grandma who teaches me to play
solitaire and let's me cheat. But not
anymore...
I have a grandma who lets me watch cartoons
when I'm sick, even if she doesn't like them. But
not anymore...
1 wish you were here with me now,
1 know you always will be, somehow.
It saddens me so, the Lord has taken you
away,
But He said it was your day,
Some day we will meet in heaven,
You, me and Daddy.
I am sending BIG HUGS to you and Daddy. I
miss you, Grandma Beth. Love Riley. -36x

Those whom we love go out of sight,
But never out of mind;
They are cherished in the hearts,

uncle, who left us suddenly 10 years ago on
September 5, 1999.
JAMIE
Our hearts are full of
memories,
We treasure them
with care,
The way you had to
leave us,
Will always seem
unfair.
Sad are the hearts
that love you,
Silent are the tears
that fall,
Living our lives without you,
Is the hardest part of all.
No matter how our lives may change,
Or whatever we may do, .
We will never forget those precious times,
The ones we spent with you.
We hold you close within our hearts,
And there you shall remain,
To walk with us throughout our lives,
Until we meet again,
Always loved and forever missed by Dad and
Mom (Bob and Sandy), Jeff and Brenda,
Jason, Lisa, Lauren and Dean, Joanne, Bob,
Owen and Kate. -36c
Corn roast to
hit Port Albert
Saturday
August has been a busy month for the
folks in Port Albert. We had a few weeks
of nice weather and many people took ad-
vantage of the beautiful beaches along our
shores. Unfortunately a person or persons
took it upon themselves to remove the life-
saving ring that was recently purchased to
replace the one that had been stolen in the
spring. These rings are quite expensive and
it is hard to fathom why anyone would put
someone's life at risk by removing this very
important piece of safety equipment.
Despite the weather the car rally and
movie night went ahead as planned. Sara
and her group did a wonderful job putting
together the car rally. Congratulations to
Wayne and Jennifer Black and family who
came in with the most points. Everyone
who took part had a great time and all hope
that the event will be held again next year.
Ken and his group also did a fabulous job of
putting up a movie screen, the weatherman
decided to cooperate, and the evening was
enjoyed by all.
Diane's team provided a ham supper at
Dungannon on August 9 which was also
well received.
The bar gang helped out at Lucknow's
"Music in the Fields" on August 22nd.
Lucknow put on a well organized show and
from all reports was very successful.
Saturday, September 5 is our last hur-
rah for fund raising events for the summer.
There will be a corn roast along with ham-
burgers, hot dogs, nachos and cheese, iced
tea and lemonade served at Christ Church,
Port Albert, 5 — 7 p.m.. Tickets are $10 for
adults and $5 for children under 12. There
will be a Silent Auction as well with items
displayed in the church basement. Tickets
were sold in advance but still may be avail-
able at the Port Albert General Store or call
Carol Arthur at 519-529-7725.
Happy belated birthday greetings to Paul
Doherty.
