Mr. McDonald was born in the Isle of Tyree, Scotland. When a young man he came to Canada and settled in the village of Tiverton, Where for 80 years he had continuously resided, lie was a blacksmith by trade., but for a numb'er of years had lived retired. On Monday, January 24th. air. and Mrs, A. D. Cameron, of Goderich, cele- brated the fiftieth anniversary of their marriage.
