1VIr. Garnet Frayne has returned
home after spending the summer in
the West. Mr. Frayne went west in
the interest of his health and the
change has done him good.
The Hoffman brothers, Messrs.
Clayton and Clarence, of Zurich, who
player' hockey with the Exeter -Zurich
team last winter and who along with
the. Zurich baseball team were sus-
pended this summer, have been re-
instated and will play hockey with
Galt this coming ;winter.
Spooks, Goblins and witches were
out on parade on Hallowe'en. Some
f the young people enjoyed parading
the town all dressed up' The usual
pranks were played some of them go-
ing beyond the stage of fun causing
hardships and damage in a few cases.
Quite a number of parties were held
during the evening.
