Help wafted CALL FOR BOARD MEMBERS Huron County HIV/AIDS Network is seeking Volunteers to join its Board of Directors Who we are: For the past 18 years the Huron County HIV/AIDS Network has been . actively supporting and strengthening the lives of people in Huron County who are living with, affected by, or at risk due to HIV/AIDS. Today, due to the changing face of AIDS, we also focus on challenging stigma and we provide education for the rural community, promoting awareness and infection prevention. We are currently funded privately, through donations and community financial support and are governed by a Board of Directors. Who we are Looking for: HCHAN is looking for individuals who have a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for people living with, affected by or at risk of HIV/AIDS and those who support HIV/AIDS education in the community. What is involved: For Board Members, the time commitment is approximately 3 hours every other month.
