Roger was in his 57th year. He is survived by his loving wife Martha (Lynn) nee Pollock of 32 years, daughter Tina Noble ('Lacy Tyler) and son Donald Noble. Loving step grandfather to Trevor, Jessica and Julia Tyler. Also survived by his sisters. Mane `extuieekHorizons (Donald) Jefferson of Clinton, Dorothy (Arthur) Bourdeau of Goderich, brother Kenneth Noble of Tiverton, sister-in-law Wendy Noble of Barriere B.C., sister Sharon (Shari) (Bill) Millian of Colborne Township, brother Edwin (Jeanette) Noble of Clearwater B.C. Also loved by mother-in-law Ila Pollock, Goderich sisters- in-law JoAnn (Dennis) Yule, Goderich, Susan (Bob) Wilson, Brucefield, brother-in-law Larry Pollock, Goderich. Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews and special friends Wayne Redmond of St. Augustine and Gwen Picco & family, Utopia. Predeceased by his parents John & Helen Noble, father-in-law Carman Pollock and brother Steven Noble. Visitation was held at McCallum & Palla Funeral Home East St. Goderich on Sunday, August 9, 2009 from 2-4 p.m. & 7 -9 p.m. Funeral service was held at the Funeral Home on Monday, August 10, 2009 at 1 p.m. Chaplain Fran Donahue officiating. Special memories were shared by friend Christine McWhinney. Sister Dorothy and nieces Shannon, and Karin (on her mother's behalf) read poems as a personal tribute to Roger. Since Roger was a friend to all he knew, sister Marie shared her thoughts on the importance of friendship. Pallbearers were Donald Noble, Edwin Noble, Donald Jefferson, Kevin Millian, Al McWhinney and Ambrose Redmond. Honorary bearers were Jessica Tyler, Jennifer Yule, Gwen Picco, Christine McWhinney, Kayla McWhinney and Jordan McWhinney. Flower. bearers were Trevor Tyler, Julia Tyler, Steven Picco, Keith Picco, Nicole Picco and Jenna McWhinney. Interment Dungannon Cemetery. Donations to the Alexandra Marine & General Hospital Foundation gratefully acknowledged. Born in Goderich on January 20, 1964 to the late George and Ruth Robertson. Lovingly missed by his brother Stephen Robertson of Goderich, and sisters Ruth Anne Strickler of Woodstock, Bethany Jobb of London and Martha Robertson of Toronto. He will also be remembered by his brothers-in-law William Strickler and Rob Jobb, and his nephew and three nieces.
