Mega Sale offers spuds. and buds
More than 250 people lined up for the 8 a.m. opening of the
Mega Sale at Knox Presbyterian Saturday for plants, house-
wares, furniture and more. The sale acts as a fundraiser for
church projects, and organizer Neal Nickles said the whole
church community chips in by filling their Knox boxes with
wares to donate to the sale. Over the past three years, Nickles
said the Mega Sale has netted an average of $9,000 annually.
