He said his final goodbyes to his beloved wife Joyce (English) of 56 years; his children, Dave (Jorie), Don (Shirley) and Ruth (Wayne) Feagan. His wis- dom and advice will be missed by his grand - t sons, Eric German, Ian and Michael Feagan. Bill's life was full of travel including the fam- ily camping trips to Florida and many RV trips to Texas with his wife Joyce as co-pilot. Their cabin in the woods was their place to relax. He enjoyed tending his garden and woodworking and readily shared his knowledge with others. While living in Bronte his work life began as a Stationary Engineer in the oil refineries of Clarkson and then included Baechler Lumber and 18 years at the Goderich Salt Mine. When opportunity knocked he always took advantage to further his education and skills and became a licensed machinist and welder. We will for- ever be amazed by his courage and persever- ance during his 15 year battle with cancer. He encouraged us all to "Go with the flow". The kindness of all Bill's caregivers was of great support to the family. In accordance with Bill's wishes his remains have been donated to University of Western Ontario Medical Sciences. Heaven's gate swung gently open, The Master called softly, "Come'; And you, dear one, took the Master's hand, And your work on earth was done. We'll never cease to miss you, And shed many silent tears, Because we cannot share with you, Our hopes, our joys, our fears. But one day in God's garden, When the Master calls us home, You'll be at the gates with open arms, And say to us , "Welcome home". Please watch over "Summer" as you are her "Guardian Angel". Love you mom - Bev, Sherry, Terri and families. -32x ARMSTRONG In loving memory of a dear father and grandfather, Bert Armstrong, who passed away two years ago, August 9, 2007. Your time on earth seemed all too brief Because we wanted you in our life forever, And although we really miss you, In our hearts we know that you are at peace. Still, countless times throughout the day, We find ourselves remembering you, Although we cannot see or hear you, We know that you are with us. Lovingly remembered and deeply missed by Julie, Sylvain, Kody and Dustin. -32x STRATFORD MEMORIALS Monuments Markers Inscriptions *EMORIALS 100 Kingston St., Goderich, ON N7A 3K4 (Lower Level, 5 Point Financial Centre) Don Denomme - Manager BUS: 524-8457 RES: 524-6621 (Call for an appointment anytime)
