Huron OPP investigators have also identified a vehicle of interest in the fatal hit and run collision that was re- ported shortly after 5 a.m. on Grand Bend Line in South Huron near the Grand Bend Motorplex. The vehicle of interest is believed to have passed the scene and the driver may have informa- tion regarding the collision. A Brucefield native, Wright has come back to the area after completing a dou- ble major of history and biology at the University of Guelph, and is currently pursuing business courses at Fanshawe College. Wright took the job because she likes the area, as its close to her home, and she thought that it lined up well with her current studies. The truck was pulling a large enclosed trailer with dual wheels that was possibly silver in colour. The vehicle was last seen northbound on Grand Bend Line from the area of the hit and run. It was heading towards Grand $end and its' direction of travel from Grand Bend is unknown. Once again, police are seeking as- sistance from the public with identi- fying this vehicle of interest. IMPAIRED DRIVER ARRESTED On July 24, shortly after 1 a.m. Hu- ron OPP officers stopped a vehicle on Bayfield Road. Upon speaking to the female .driver, the officer detected the odour of an alcoholic beverage coming from her breath. The driver was read a demand to provide a roadside sample of her breath and she complied but then failed the test. The driver was arrested for Driving with Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol and was transported to the new outlook to Having graduated from Central Huron Secondary School, Wright is familiar with the area, however she wants to get to a more urban center when she's done her schooling, and live out her dreams. As a result of the investigation, a 46 -year-old Central Huron woman was charged with one count of Drive With Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. She was given a 90 day licence suspension and she will answer to her charge in Goderich Court on September 21. Goderich BIA Wright's other aspirations include teaching, or running a business. "No matter what I do, I think I want to be my own boss," she said. Wright will work with the BIA for the summer, planning events and help- ing around the office.
