Izzy was a long time mem- ber at Maitland and many of us can remember some good tips he gave us. He will be missed at Maitland Country Club. Monday, June 29, Men's Night, saw Bill Leddy come in with a score of 33 to take first low net, Nathan Daer shot 37 for first low gross. Closest to the pin was Scott Feagan. Other winners were Dewey Horton, Ron Burt and Tom Fincher. 'Tuesday, June 30, Ladies' Night, Rosemarie Evans had few- est putts. First flight, low gross, Christine Haylow, low net, De- nise McCabe; second flight, low gross, Nancy Suchard, low net, Mary Ritchie; third flight, low gross, Irene Okahashi, low net, Betty Helesic; Fourth flight, low gross, Patty Hodges, low net, Sandy Fielder. On July 1, Canada Day, Presi- dent of the Ladies' League Pat Marshall organized a Canada Day Bash. Twenty four golfters came out and everyone enjoyed a pasta supper after golf. Thursday morning, July 2, Ladies' Morning League, Velma Haylow had fewest putts. Other prize winners were Diane Ra- jnovich, Dolores Ray, Delores Klages and Norah Anderson. The Junior League finished their lessons on Thursday morn- ing with a scramble.
