two close losses
The North Huron U-11 boys soccer team
had two close matches this past week, in-
cluding an amazing game against Lucan
June 1. Playing short a man the entire time,
North Huron ended up losing the match 4-5
with a hat trick from Kyle Smith and an-
other goal from Branden Bean.
The rest of the team played amazing de-
fence and never gave up. The boys gave the
previously unmatched Lucan team a run
for their money.
The following Monday the boys traveled
to (.;rand fiend where they gave another
high -ranked team a tough match, With
single goals from Trent Buchanan, Luc Ar -
hour and Bean. and awesome defence yet
again from Easton Kerr. the boys lost an-
other tight game 3-4.
The boys play at home tonight (June 1 7)
at 7 p.m. at the high school track. Come on
out and cheer them on.
