Cherished grandmother of Wayne and Jen Scotchmer, Thomas and Lisa Scotchmer, Jason Welsh, Cynthia Welsh, Christa Welsh and Jeanette Welsh. Great- grandmother of Rachel, Elizabeth, Brent and Allison Scotchmer. Dear sister-in-law of Kathleen Campbell of Strathroy. Predeceased by granddaughter Melissa Welsh, sisters Vera McLaughlin, Daisy Arkell, Helen LeBeau, and ' by brothers Alf and Gordon Scotchmer. The grant will be used to add play structures at the community's sole playground, the Holmesville Community Play- ground.
