A rink of bowlers consisting of Howald, Fuke, Ferguson and Elliott attended the Stratford tournament on Wednesday of last week. Mr. Gordon Heaman., accompanied by his mother and neice, who are holidaying at Grand Bend, called on Mrs. James Pickard on Monday. The two pictures which appear on pages four and five are scenes at Banff where the newspaper party were entertained while on their tour to the coast. Messrs. Taman and Seidon went into the semi-finals in two events at the Scotch. Doubles tournament at Seaforth last Wednesday. Heaman and Creech also attended the tour= eley winning several games. Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Delgatyare vis- iting Mr. and Mrs. Newton Baker in town this week. Mr. and Mrs. Del- gaty are leaving shortly for Gilber Plains, Ilan., where_ they'' will snake their home in future. Dr. J. W. and Mrs. Harrison and. two sons, of Detroit, who have been visiting in Exeter and at Grand Bend returned to their home on Tuesday.
