Iliuser et al vs, Wilson was, an action eer damages for non -repair of a dwell- ing house and other buiridings'on a farm, in Hay Township, which was lea- sed by the defendant Thomas Wilson, of London to the plaintiffs, Mr. and' Mrs. Conrad Hiuser, who claimed that because of such non -repair the dwell - ng house was not fit Lor occupation, the plaintiff's stock hal suffered and their crop had been injured.
