born in the County of Langford, Ire
land; and when I8 years old carne to
New York.. She worked for Govern.-
or Fish at Abany, when she married
her late husband, Robert C. Arm-
strong. They left Albany in 1860
.and moved to Ontario, settling on the
7th concession of McGillivray, east of
the Centre Road, They lived there
for 11 years and then moved to. the
22nd concession of Stephen. A few
years after her husband's death she
nnoved :to Parkhill, where she has liv-
ed for the past four years.

a phone, but the meeting decided that
