BAZAAR AND ENTERTAIN-
MENT.—The bazaar and entertain-

the Trivitt Memorial Church in the
Opera House on Friday afternoon
and evening was a successful affair.
The sale of work and hand - made
cooking was well patronized and the
many pretty as well as useful articles
of apparel were eagerly sought and
bought by the ladies. The evening
program over which the rector, Rev.
D. W Collins, presided, was unique
and very entertaining. "Mother Goose
Reception and Drill" led by Miss
^• - Atkins -on was interesting as
wen a,: amusing, the little tots, .who
were in character dress doing credit
to. themselves. The farcical comedy,
"Friday afternoon at a Village school"
put on by the Ladies' Auxiliary was
a most laughable production. It was
a typical presentation of an old time
schcoi abounding in all the ludicrous
actions characteristic of such. The
antiquated dress was an interesting
feature and the several parts -vera
well 'taken, with. Miss Annie Fish as
teacher. Those in attendance vera
hiighly delighted with the entertain-
ment which broke up by all singing
