running contest, conducted by Messrs,
Lawson & Tick, in which Mrs. W.
R. Taylor London. Road north, is
the happy possessor of a beautiful'
open -face gentleman's watch of the
Regina manufacture, she having made
the closest gtsess to the length of
time thc watch- would run after being
wountt up.:There were over 300
gtuesse• registered, ranging from '18
to 55 hours. The watch ren 39 hours
47 minutes and 3 seconds, while Mrs.
Tayliar's guess was 39 hours, 45 min-
ute. and 10 seconds.
