James Elliott, a Iifelong resident

An application for a charter for

Edward Tilson was sentenced to

Court yesterday on charge of perjury
and bigamy. He pleaded guilty.
The. Canadian Pacific steamer Em-

break of another military revolt in
Mexico, headed by Gen. dose Refugio
