HICKS' APRIL FORECASTS.—
A: regular storm period extends from•
the 13th to the 17th. With the ex-
ception of the expiring influence of
earth's vernal equinox, blending with
thesubsiding Jupiter period, there are
few disturbing causes bearing on this,
and the remaining periods in April.
This period will come to its crisis
on and touching the 14th, 15th and
16th Look first for the change to
warmer followed by cloudiness, fall-
ing barometer and rain, winding up
with rising barometer, west 'vita and',
cool, clearing weather.. April showers
mixed with scattered hail ,storms, will
visit many sections as these disturrb-
aaces push their way, during the days
named, from west to east across the
country Much cooler nights, attend-
ed by possible frost over centra' to
northern sections, will follow for sev-
eral days—say up, to the 19th.
