The ducks raised here are large and fat at this time. Mr. Jos. Lawson the bridge contractor, and a party from Exeter, came up in a motor to a raffle close by town. The party stopped here on their way home, They had in the car 21 ducks, 7 geese and 11 turkeys. The Thanksgiving day turkey will be dear this year.
