and storing it m the barns for the fall
and winter threshing. -Bert Clark is

fall weather is coming on rapidly and

of fuel on hand. -We are pleased to
state that Mrs. John Mcisaac, who was
obliged to go to St. Joseph Hospital,
London, is recovering. Her many
friends hope she will soon be alright.
The masons are busy plastering the
new school, -Conrad Kuhn is visiting
his brother in Sebewaing, Mich. -ii.
Fitter, M.P.P., is in Mt. Clernens,
taking treatment for his rheumatism
at• the mineral baths. -Next Sunday

beloved Wife of D. S. Faust, et the eige
of 64 years, 4 months and 10 days..
She was taken ill -about two months
ago, and all that loving and syrnpat.h-
etic hands could do was 'done for her,
but the disease could not be checked.
She was ofteoiirnes in very great pain,
but she bore it all in Chijistian forti-
tude. She was afaithful•member of the
Evangelical church. Besides her sor-
rowing husband, she leaves' to nouru
twn,sons and two daughter's and her
aged mother, 15Irs. Ellenbaurn, of Cav-
alier, N.D„n td a n u mber-of sisters and
brothers. The funeral services were
held on Tuesday, interment taking
place ia:the Bronson Line cemetery. -
The home of • Mr. Chas. Stelek, near`
Elillsgreen, was cast into deep gloom
on Friday last, when the spirit of his
beloved wife took Hight. The deceased
bad been i11 for only three weeks, and
•althongb the best medical aid was;ob-
tained and she was given the most
careful attendance, it proved of .no
avail. She had reached the age of 54
years. She leaves to mourn her loss
her husband, and two sons, Robert F.
of Edmonton, Alberta, and Arne, at
home. The funeral was held on Sun-
day interment taking place in the Bay-
field cemetery.

Wednesday and Thursday last, and
was attended with excellent success:

horses, and the judging being done by
