Parkhill PRETTY WEDDING. -011 Wednesday .e the home of Mr. and Mrs. Tudor was all astir and as the gay andfascinating figures flitted in and out of the home it became quite evident that some- thing unusual was about to take place . at this particular home. Every one was radient and happy, and well they might be for the commotion was for the advent of a wedding, it being their beautiful daughter, Miss Sanforetta, who was united in marriage to Mr. Joseph W. Skinner, one of our most popular and prosperous young business men. At high noon, just as Old Sol was shedding his brightest rays o'er the land, the bride, clothed in a beaut- iful wedding garment, which was of • white organdie, trimmed with white satin, and carrying a beautiful boquet of roses, entered the parlor, which was beautifully decorated, on the arin. of her father, and as she came and took her place beside her husband ,she looked indeed. charming; Miss San- foretta Tudor, of Waterdown, niece of the beide, made a pretty little maid of honor, and was very daintily dressed. " The interesting ceremony was per- formed by the Rev. Robe .Aylward, in the presence of about fifty invited guests. At the conclusion of the cere- mony dinner was served in the corn- . modious dining room and it was a hap- py crowd who sat down to the well- filled tables. Dinner over, the heppy bride donned a handsome travelling suit of grey, which was of perfect neat- ness, and the newly married couple left on the afternoon train for London, In- gersoll, Woodstock and other points, where they will spend a short honey- moon. On their return they will live in the groom's residence on Station street, which he recently purchased from his brother. Space will not pre - mit us to describe the presents, but suffice to say they were numerous and costly, which go to show the high es- teem in which the young couple are held by their mauy friends. We join with the host of well-wishers in pre- dicting for them a life of peace and happiness, coupled with health and prosperity. Ruse, of liensall.--Mr, and Mrs. lames B.
