Christmas shopping trip
to the SunCoast Mall in
Goderich is planned.
Anyone wanting to join
the group is welcome!
On Nov. 21 from 1 to 8
p.m. a Christmas Open
House will be hosted by
Wanda Regier, store
owner of ‘One of a Kind’
in Bayfield. Everyone is
welcome to come for hot
chocolate and cookies.
This past week, resi-
dents have enjoyed a
friendly visitor. Owner
Ray Edwards brought
his dog Maggie, a gold-
en retriever, to Blue
Water. Everyone is
looking forward to his
next visit.
Musical entertainment
this past week included
a program by the Ladies
Auxiliary, Pearl-Ann,
Grace and Irvin Martin,
The Swinging Seniors,
and a sing a long with
George Godbolt and Bob
Fletcher.
The chapel service
was provided by Pastor
Chris Byberg followed
by Mass with Father
Frances.
Congratulations to
Margaret and Harold
Jones who celebrated
their 60th wedding
anniversary recently.
Residents are looking
forward to the upcom-
ing week with enter-
tainment by The Zurich
Connection, the monthly
birthday party hosted
by Zurich United
Church members and a
display of hand carved
flowers made by Mavis
and Jack White.

Evening Prayer Service All
Souls Day Oct. 2 with
Margaret Carroll leading
the service assisted by six
Sunday School members.
They remembered all
who had gone before and
special mention was given
Almarie Davis Young who
would have celebrated her
birthday Nov. 2.
The MacGillivray family
were Sunday guests with
Hugh and Hazel Davis.

birthdays.

James’ Anglican Church in
Stratford from 7 to 9:30

The Davis family enjoyed
visiting friends in northern
Ontario on the weekend.
The Davis’s were guests
on Sunday at St. Francis
Roman Catholic Church in
Kitchener for the baptism
of Abbigail Marie Daer,
daughter of Jason Daer
and Leahann Ryan of New
Hamburg with the recep-
tion at the home of grand-
parents Pat and Marie
Ryan of Kitchener. Jason
is the Godson of Hugh and
Hazel Davis. First time
grandparents are Lorne
and June Daer of New
Hamburg.
The Durnins of Auburn
were Sunday guests with
the MacGillivrays.
Stevie MacGillivray of
Lucan entertained her
family this week, also cele-
brating the November
birthdays.
