BASEMENT ENTRY PLAN Plan No.H- 2-3-705 The good-looking design of this house ensures that it will fit
comfortably into any neighbourhood, while the interior has plenty of appealing features that are sure to satisfy the
homeowners. The covered entrance leads into a good-sized foyer on the basement level. The den is ideally located
for use as a home office, if required – business visitors need only step inside the front door and the office is
entirely separate from the family quarters. Upstairs, the expansive living and dining rooms are wide open so that
the family may take advantage of all the space. There is plenty of room here for entertaining. A boxed window at the
front adds an attractive feature to the living room, and a useful entertainment unit has been added next to the gas
fireplace. Railings on either side of the staircase and a half-wall along the family room serve to extend the open
plan throughout the living areas. A corner fireplace in the family room adds a cosy focus for the winter months and
a covered patio will be useful rain or shine during the summer. The kitchen has a corner pantry and a work island to
make sure there is Plenty of storage and work space. In the sleeping wing, the master suite occupies the rear of
the house and includes a four-piece en suite bathroom with a soaker tub and a good-sized walk-in closet. Bedrooms
two and three share the three-piece main bathroom. The laundry room is on the basement level, where roughed-in
plumbing has been provided for any future expansion that may be required. The unfinished basement area also
includes a large area for a recreation room. The exterior has an attractive stone feature around the entrance and a
large veranda. The double garage provides entry to the house through the basement level. The house is 47 feet
wide and 53 feet deep with 1,679 square feet of living space. Plans for design H-2-3-705 are available for $424
(set of 5), $490 (set of 8) and $540 for a super set of 10. B.C. residents add 7.5% Prov. Sales Tax. Also add
$15.00 for Priority charges within B.C. or $30.00 outside of B.C. Please add 7% G.S.T. or 15% H.S.T. (where
applicable) to both the plan price and Priority charges. Our NEW 34th Edition of the Home Plan Catalogue containing
over 300 plans is available for $11.50 (includes taxes, postage and handling). Make all cheques and money orders
