STRAIGHT ENTRY PLAN Plan No. H- 1-3-566 The floor plan of this three-bedroom home offers a practical
separation between the living and sleeping areas. This provides privacy for the bedroom wing, which is along one
side of the house, and is separated from the activities of the living rooms. Inside the entrance, the foyer offers an
immediate view of the spacious living room over a half-wall. The only division along the open-plan living areas comes
from the staircase down to the basement and a three-sided fireplace, which may be enjoyed from all corners of the
rooms. The kitchen is large for a house of this size and includes a corner walk-in pantry and a work island to extend
the meal-preparation area. The dining area is spacious enough for entertaining as well as the family meals and
includes an optional buffet, which would expand the space further. Sliding glass doors open to a large sun deck
with stairs down to the back garden. The sun deck offers the opportunity for outdoor meals as well as summertime
barbecues. In the sleeping wing, the master bedroom occupies the rear of the house and is a truly private retreat.
The large, square bedroom area makes it a breeze to arrange furniture and a three-piece en suite bathroom and
walk-in closet complete the suite. Bedrooms two and three are a similar size and share the main, three-piece
bathroom. The exterior of the house has a pillared, covered entrance, stone feature, shakes in the roof peaks and
decorative shutters. The house is 40 feet, 8 inches wide and 58 feet, 4 inches deep with 1,394 square feet of
living space and an unfinished basement. Plans for design H-1-3-566 are available for $366 (set of 5), $432 (set of
8) and $474 for a super set of 10. B.C. residents add 7.5% Prov. Sales Tax. Also add $15.00 for Priority courier
charges within B.C. or $30.00 outside of B.C. Please add 7% G.S.T. or 15% H.S.T. (where applicable) to both the
plan price and postage charges. Our NEW 34th Edition of the Home Plan Catalogue containing over 300 plans is
available for $11.50 (includes taxes, postage and handling). Make all cheques and money orders payable to “Home
