Call Faye Skinner at 235-0258 to reserve a spot or for further information. Throughout the month of October, keyboard musicians were Jean Hodgert, Maxine Sereda, Josie Ryckman and Wilma Davis. Draw prizes were won by Eva Triebner, Marshall Dearing, Audrey MacGregor, Humphrey Arthur, Onah Stackhouse, Don Stuart, Francis Ayotte, Marion Dearing and Joe Wilds. The 50/50 draw winner for the month was Josie Ryckman. Cards were sent to Bea Munn, Marie Bugyra, Theresa Market and Marjorie Drake. Three people from Community Living South Huron spoke to the group Oct. 1 about their services at the Dashwood work- shop. Mary F. Dowe, Roger Christie and Murray Christie performed saxa- phone and keyboard music Oct. 8. Diane Miller and Harriet VanderBurgt came Oct. 15 to sing several num- bers accompanied with a guitar. The group was treated to music by the Zurich Connection Oct. 22. The Face To Face Players from Lambton County Branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association also performed. Birthdays were cele- brated by Marion Dearing, Marshall Dearing, Marjorie Drake, Marie Wilds, Isabel Kerslake, Betty Laye and Marie Bugyra. Exercise classes contin- ue on Wednesdays at 9 a.m. All newcomers are welcome. Carpet bowling has started on Monday and Friday mornings. Everyone is welcome to come. Jerry and Helen Drysdale have decid- ed to retire. Mike Graham, our Store Manager for the past three and one half years, and his wife Chantelle, plan to pur- chase our building and start a new appliance business early in 2003. Gary Huston, our Service Manager for the past 26 years, plans to continue with us until the end of 2002, and then com- mence new operations with Mike and Chantelle in 2003.
