Familiarity with CPIC Phase III warehousing and completion of the Certified Crop Advisor and Vendors Certification programs would be considered an asset. Essential qualities include strong organizational skills, an aptitude for sales and customer relations. You must be willing to work extensive overtime during the busy seasons and also willing in participate in training as required.
