Miss congeniality.Amanda Breuer,17,of Grand Bend,left,is the winner of the
first ever Miss Congeniality Award which was handed out by award sponsor Tom
Seip at the Exeter Fall Fair Ambassador competition.Tom and Cathy Seip,long-
time fair volunteers,donated the award which is voted upon by the fair ambas-
sador contestants.

time Exeter resident,was on hand Friday night to officially open the fair.Campbell
talked about our long,hot summer and what we can do through our various lev-
els of government to lessen the effects of greenhouse gases on our environment.
