THE GREAT BENEFIT.
Which people in run down state of
health derive from Hood's Sarsaparilla
conclusively toroves that this medicine
"makes the weak strong." It does not
act like a stimulaut, imputing fieitious
strength, but Hood's Sarsaparilla,
bnilds up in a perfectly natural way
all the weakened parts, purifies the
blood, and assists to healthy- action
those important organs, the kiuneys

Concert.
The Concert Company which gave
an entertainment in Drew's Opera
House on Tuesday evening, under the
management of Sini Fax, of Wood-
stoek, were not greeted with as large
an audience as the talent was deserv-
ing of. The rendition of some of tne
most popular songs by the Misses Stev
enson's 15011 the applause of the aud
ience in every number. An excellent
exhibition of dancing' was gitT11 'by
Miss Aggie Rankin, consisting of the
Highland Fling anti Sailor's Hornpipe,
which were warmly enchoreil. Itobt.
S Rankin sang excellently, and dis
played a fine tenor voice, adding to
these accomplishments the tendency to
stroeg dramatic effect. The central
figure of the evening of course was
Fax, who sang with great taste and
expression, and showed sonsidera,ble
dramatic talent, especially in the, duet
"Pride and Poverty," and his art of
Ventriloquism, which he gave as an
enchore. Nothing could be, more ad-
mired, as he is gifted with exquisite
musical talent and well deserves the
words of prrdse which are &Lid about
him. Should they all return again, as
we hope they will, no doubt a much
larger assemblage will be present to
appreciate their evening's entertain-
ment.
