A set of chines has been designed, to be attached to an electrical tricycle, which will travel around the city; dl1 the lower part of the frame on which f the chimes are fixed is a keyboard of between two and three, octaves. It is due to the electors of the riding to know upon what grounds he seeks the suffrages of the constituents.
