Greeting at Blyth United Church
on Sunday, June 12 were Enid
MacDonald and Diana Campbell.
Ushers were Cliff Snell, Betty
Hesselwood and Lavern Clark.
Amanda Swartzentruber was guest
pianist.
The New Testament reading was
from Timothy 4: 9-16. The
responsive reading was Psalm 119.
Rev. Eugen Bannerman’s message
to the adults was ...And Bring The
Books. Timothy writes of Paul
asking him to come and visit him in
prison, a hole in the floor from
which the prisoners were dropped to
the floor below. Paul asked Timothy
to bring him books and warm winter
clothes as the dungeon was very cold
in winter.
As we start our library at Blyth
United, we welcome Andrea Hoba
as librarian.
Jessica Dunbar gave the minute
