With time running out, council
cannot decide as to whether or not a
chainlink fence should be used to

Seaforth ward.
A location at the Seaforth arena
has been selected with a cost of
approximately $6,600 to do the nec
essary including the chainlink

could not vote for the proposal as it
is not where the kids want it to
be.
He predicted that within six weeks
the kids will be back skateboarding
on the downtown streets.
Council voted 6-5 in favour of the
motion, with Seili voting against the
motion to make it a 6-6 tie, thus
defeating the proposal.
The mayor said council promised
the group they would have a skate

about two months away. •"'
“If we don’t have a solution in two
months. I’m going to go and kick
some ass.” said Seili.
