CASUAL CASE MANAGER
The successful candidate must be a registered nurse with
a current Certificate of Competence from the College of
Nurses of Ontario, or be registered in good standing with
the College of their respective health discipline, and have
their own vehicle.
The Case Manager works within a multidisciplinary
environment and determines client eligibility for
programs and services, and manages a client caseload
effectively.
