WOAA annual softball
meeting set for May 10
The annual meeting for Western Ontario Athletic Association (WOAA)
softball will take place on May 10.
The meeting will get underway at 7:30 p.m. in the lobby of the Walkerton
arena.
This meeting will be a combined annual and scheduling meeting. All teams
present must be paid in advance prior to the calling to order of the meeting.
A coach for each team must be in attendance, with dates and times of home
games. If a team does not have a representative, the WOAA will not be held
responsible for the scheduling of that team’s games.
Entry forms for representative teams must be returned to the WOAA by
May 1 in order to have tentative groupings for the scheduling meeting.
If teams play their schedule in a league other than the WOAA, they are still
eligible to compete in the WOAA playoffs by entering as a bye team.
Entry forms by bye teams must be returned to the WOAA by June 1.
