School celebrates virtues
On March 7, Hullett Central
School recognized the virtues
studied during February at a
morning assembly.
A pupil who never gives up no
matter what comes along was the
example of perseverance. The pupil
who helps Mrs. Miller daily with the
delivery of milk and snacks to each
classroom was recognized for their
commitment.
Love was exemplified by a young
boy who shows genuine concern for
his brothers and classmates,
friendly smile and willingness

Seniors group held its monthly card
parly at the Londesborough
Community Hall on Friday, March
ll.
There were 15 l/2 tables of card
players that evening.
Charles and Millie Johnston were
well in front when the points were
tallied at the end of playing with 79
points and Charles and Sandra
Cameron scored 72 points.
Charles and Norine played the
most lone hands successfully with
six.
Share-the-wealth winners were
Helen Lee, Dennis Penfound,
Wayne Robinson, Laura Mae
Chamney and Millie Johnston.
The group will sponsor its first
card party of the spring on April
8.

Area figure skaters compete
Several area figure skaters
competed at the 2005 Future Stars
Unlimited Competition held in
Thamesford on March 5 and 6.
Skaters from the Brussels, Blyth and
Wingham Skating Clubs
represented their home clubs. These
skaters are coached by Michelle
Blake, Jennifer Porter, Shannon
Craig and Faye MacDonald.

12(6) made under the Ontario Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, the
Council of the Municipality of Morris-Turnberry at its meeting to
be held on
