advertendy he made a mistake in one
of the ingredients, substituting hydro-
cyanic acid for hydrochloric acid. Both
ingredients are poisons, but both are
need in small quantities in prescriptions,

ed, and the druggist and clerk at once

taken by her, and the other to obtain
the bottle containing the preparation,
and fill the prescription originally sent,
The clerk went to the hotel and told the
husband of plaintiff that he wanted to
get the bottle of mixture,- and it was
given him without demur, The drug-
