Hemingway said, following the cont&st, that this was the type of game he was expecting Sailors. “I thought it would be physical game,” the blueliner said. “They’ve always given us a tough time this sea son.” Hemingway indicated that Goderich is fighting for the fourth and final playoff spot with the Mount Forest Patriots. “They are a hard-working team,” he said. He indicated his role is more defensive this season, having only three goals and 13 assists going into Friday’s contest. “I'm more of a defensive defenceman this year,” he said. “I'm playing on the penalty kill with Malt McCann.” Hemingway said he doesn’t get too many opportunities on the power-play. For Stewart, it was just another day at the office - getting two goals and four assists - as he battles Nick Locking of the Patriots for the league scoring title. “This was a big win for us, even though we didn't play well as a team,” he said. Despite the six-point effort, Stewart said he should of had more points. He indicated that the Sailors were doing a lot of clutching and grabbing, but they are a team fighting for a playoff spot. He agreed with Hemingway, that the Sailors are a hard-working team.
