Due to weather, there was not a good attendance. The quilt. Children of Many Nations, for the 2005 Quilt for Cancer was on display. Jacquie McKee opened the meeting with a reading. Betty Archambault read the minutes and the correspondence. Roll call was answered by a favourite kind of pic. Bernice Norman gave the treasurer’s report. The next meeting is to be at the home of Christena Gross on Feb. 22. She will supply the lunch and Ila Cunningham the program. Deanna Snell gave out blocks to be embroidered for the next Quilt for Cancer project. It is another crib quilt, Now I Lav Me Down to Sleep. These blocks are to be handed in at the February meeting and it is hoped quilting will begin in March.
