Agriculture Brussels Livestock report 3,370 head of cattle on offer at sales Total receipts for Brussels Livestock for 'the week ending Nov. 17 were 3,370 head of cattle, 505 lambs and goats. On Tuesday the fed steers and heifers sold $2 lower. The choice steers and heifers sold $87 to $91 with sales to $100. Second cut sold $84 to $87 with the cows selling $2 to $3 higher. On Thursday veal sold on a steady market. Light lambs sold on a strong demand at prices $10 to $20 higher. Sheep and goats sold on a strong trade. On Friday, calves and yearlings sold $1 to $2 higher. Vaccination sale saw top quality calves selling $2 to $3 high- er, while the balance sold on a fully steady trade. There were 419 steers on offer.
