We are currently seeking Production Supervisors for our
Seaforth location.
As a Production Supervisor you are the, "first line" representa-
tive and will report directly to the Production Manager.
You will be responsible for the efficient operation of manufactur-
ing to meet or exceed objectives related to quality, customer
requirements and organizational goals. This is a rotating
shift position, working 12-hour shifts on a 7-day schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 5 yrs supervisory experience in a fast
paced production environment
• Relevant food, beverage or drug experience is preferred
• Demonstrated experience at leading crews and working
on teams
• Proven strategic thinker and problem solving ability
• Time management and organization skills
• Diligent with all health and safety requirements
• Knowledge of GMP's, SOP's and HACCP
• Possess excellent organization, communication and
interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook

FOR FAMILIES PROGRAM
32 HOURS/WEEK
CL-CH is dedicated to full inclusion, citizenship and well-being of
children and adults with a developmental disability. The
successful applicant will report to the Executive Director and be
responsible for the daily supervision of staff who facilitate
countywide - Special Services at Home, Assistance for Children
with Severe Disabilities and Family Support Worker Programs.
Other responsibilities: administrative duties; managing a budget;
overseeing a caseload, assisting individuals in crisis; process
referrals ensuring compliance with Ministry, legislative and
Agency requirements; and representing the Agency on external
committees.
Requirements: Related Community College Diploma; 5 years
experience in Human Services; demonstrated leadership and
supervisory experience; ability to work independently and within
an interagency team environment; excellent
written/verbal/computer skills; knowledge of planning processes,
advocacy, local and out-of-town resources.
