Rev. McGauley's message to the
adults was Come to the Waters. Rev.
McGauley paid tribute to all the
mothers and said to celebrate the
Mother of all of us,. the One who
created us. She said the earth was 75
per cent water and only one per cent
is fresh water. The water goes up in
the sky as vapour, comes down as rain
and is purified by the earth. Babies
are 75 per cent water, men are 64 per
cent and women are 58 per cent.
Canada has the most fresh water in
the world. Fifty per cent of the
countries of the world have
experienced a shortage of water. We
must appreciate our water an take
good care of it.
