Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the
Wingham and District Hospital Corporation will be
held at the North Huron Wescast Community Com-
plex, Knights of Columbus Lounge, 99 Kerr Drive,
Wingham, Ontario on Thursday, June 8, 2006 at the
hour of seven p.m. (1:00 p.m.) for the election of Di-
rectors; for the appointment of Auditors; and for the
transaction of other such things as may properly
come before the meeting.
Copies of the Annual Report, Hospital Financial state-
ments and amended Bylaws may be obtained at the
front desk of the Wingham & District Hospital, effec-
tive June 1, 2006 and at the Annual Meeting.
Memberships granting voting privileges may be pur-
chased at the front desk of the hospital for five dol-
lars (S5.00) prior to five o'clock p.m., Wednesday,
May 24, 2006. No membership sold after that time
will entitle the purchaser to vote.
Dated at Wingham, Ontario this 3rd day of May,

These Fees and Charges will be presented at a Public

' ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
The Wingham & District Hospital is calling for nominations of indi-
viduals who are interested in serving as a director on the board.
Nominations for the following positions will be received by the secre-
tary, Denise Mino, up to May 19, 2006.
Elections will be held for:
1 Director in the Central Zone (Wingham, Blyth, East Wawanosh)
1 Director in the South Eastern Zone (Brussels, Morris-Turnberry))
1 Director in the North Eastern Zone (Teeswater, Culross, Howick)
I Director at Large (a resident in the County of Huron or Bruce within
a radius of 40 km. of the hospital
Term for the Directors is two years.
Elections will be held at the Annual Meeting, June 8, 2006.

The Wingham Bulls of the WOAA
Senior A Hockey League announced
the hiring of Chris Stewart as their
head coach for the 2006-2007
season.
Stewart has coached minor hockey
in Blyth for a number of years and
during the last two seasons he
coached Triple 'A' hockey for the
Huron-Perth Lakers.
His hockey experience includes
winning an Ontario Minor Hockey
Association Championship as a
member of the Blyth Bantams, part
of a season with the Wingham
Ironmen Junior C team and two
seasons with the Brussels Crusaders
Senior A team.
Former player Corey McKee will
assume the duties of assistant coach.
Trevor Seip returns to the team as
the trainer/assistant coach.
John Stewart returns for this third
season as general manager. Brian
Skinn has been appointed as the
assistant general manager.
The Bulls training camp will open
in September at the North Huron
Wescast Community Complex with
league play commencing in October.

As for accepting more
registrations, players can still sign
up on U-18, U-10 and Kiddy
Kickers. All the other teams are full.
The weekly schedule is as follows:
Monday, U-18s, and U-10s;
Tuesday, U-8s and U-1 I s,
Wednesday, Kiddy Kickers and U-
15, and Thursdays, U- 13.
All games start at 7 p.m. and home
games are played behind the arena.
Anyone wanting to ref should call

Parents should be made aware that
for the 2007 season, late registrants
will be subject to late fees. Any
comments about soccer should be
addressed to the executive at the
earliest convenience.
