Agriculture Brussels Livestock report Fed steers sell $1 higher on strong market Total receipts for Brussels Livestock for the week ending April 7 were 2,706 head of cattle, 1,938 lambs and goats. On Tuesday the fed steers and heifers sold $1 higher on a strong market. Choice steers and heifers sold $95 to $97 with sales to $105.25. Second cut sold $92 to $94. Cows sold $1 to $2 higher to last week. On Thursday the veal sold steady last week on a good active trade. The lambs sold $10 to $15 higher to last week on strong active trade. On Friday the calves and yearling sold on a market barely steady to last week. There were 558 steers on offer.
