assistant position to support an inclusive preschool
environment for children eighteen months to five years.
Physical strength is required. Regular afternoons and
occasional full days.

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Required immediately by a local food manufacturer:
Duties will include:
• Coordinate/dispatch the company trucks and 3rd party carriers
(domestic and some international) for warehouse transfers,
customer deliveries, and ingredient pick-ups in, a timely
cost-efficient manner.
• Assist with Customs/FDA compliance requirements, as well as
completion of customs documents when required
• Administrative duties include - completion of shipping
documentation, inventory data entry/inquiries, up-dating daily
operating report, manage CHEP pallets
• Administrative support for Distribution Manager
• Other duties as assigned
The successful candidate must be a team player and work well
with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
• High school graduate with preference given to post;:secondary
education preferably in business/logistics
• Current knowledge of import/export, Customs/FDA as it pertains
to the food industry
• Previous experience with LTUFTL freight including: dispatching,
customs, shipping/receiving-HACCP knowledge is essential
• Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines is essential in
this role
• Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,
Outlook)
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
