Walper, of Exeter, North, has purchased a' line hotel in the town of Berlin, paying therefore the sum of $13000. Mr. Wolper purchased it for his two .sons, Conrad and Levi, where they evil' shortly reside. The fall wheat havest may be said to be nearly finished and the crop on the whole,, is considerably better than was expected a month ago. Those fields or part of the fields that were not killed in the spring are really excellent and will yield bouetifully, but the thinner parts have been•badly struck with rust :and are scarcely. worth cutting.
