The Last Post and two minutes of silence were observed at 11 a.m. followed by Reveille and the Benediction. We have several hundred families in our area who need to use the food bank and we can help with their November drive. Practices are in session for the Advent season, which is fast approaching, as we prepare worship services and concerts in anticipation of Christmas. Seasonal decorations are up and lit and the Wish Book is becoming worn at a few houses. If this weather keeps up I may be forced to-do some of those jobs that I try to leave for the snow cover.
