The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and
implementing a comprehensive quality assurance program at
Huronview and Huronlea long term care facilities; responsible
for developing and monitoring capital budget for the homes and
apartments; responsible to manager and develop policies in
regard to the Highland and Heartland Apartments; managing
administrative and maintenance staff, and developing
departmental goals and objectives. The Operations Manager
reports to the Administrator.

seasonal part-time employees.
3 (three) part-time rural roads operator for the 2004-2005 winter season
from December 2014-March 31, 2005. This position will be on a
scheduled call-in basis.
A job description for the position is available by contacting the
undersigned.
The successful applicant must have a Class DZ licence and should be
willing to be trained on a motor grader, mounted with snowplow and
wing and/or a tandem truck mounted with snowplow, wing and sander.
Please submit a letter of interest, résumé and a copy of driver's abstract
to the undersigned by 12 noon on Tuesday, November 16, 2004.
