By the grace of God I walked out of the hospital the following day, badly bruised but intact. I'm grateful for our wonderful emergency response system. Thank you to the paramedics who looked after me so well, to the Wingham O.P.P., to Lewis Cardiff and to the Wingham Fire Department who finally released me from the unbearable pressure. What a relief to see you guys arrive! Thank you to Dr. Chin and the Seaforth Hospital staff for your excellent care and to the airlift attendants waiting but mercifully not needed.
