"...whispering rain, careless emotion..." You can't help but sing along to the 17 great tunes on the new CD Lunch At Allen's. This exceptional recording comes from a "new" group - four of Canada's great singers and songwriters. It began at Allen's Restaurant in Toronto when Marc Jordan, Murray McLachlan and Ian Thomas were chatting over lunch and realized that in the course of their three-decade friendship they had never performed together. Feeling the need for a little yin, the boys invited Cindy Church to join the party with her sweet voice and just a touch of Maritime sass. The CD features 17 cuts performed live in an evening of musical harmony as the four artists play and sing each other's songs. Leisure Survivor opens Festival rig;Trp-ic-70 6 The Brubachers of Ethel er
