Labour Day is past and with it a
terrific windup weekend for the
summer. All the folks camping,
gathering and beaching had a real
treat — one of the best weekends of
2004 to celebrate summer.
By now the high anxiety level of
all the folks heading to new places
of learning is probably gone. But
the stress of Sunday and Monday
was pretty big. A week is nearly in

Enjoy your year.
Plans are in the home stretch for
the fall fair, all the little details that
only those who have worked to
make the fair a success for so
many years know. Thanks to the
fair board and the many
volunteers. See you Sept. 21 and
22.
Reading the ads in the paper the
fall schedule of events and
activities is ready. September is
really another new year — the time
to start new things, meet new
people, sign up for sports and
classes. There's lots to do and
places to be and that's not counting
the meals and concerts that are
available in our community.
Choices, choices. Enjoy
September.
